With the insanity i was doing flow yoga once a week and a spin class 1-2 times a week. Also I was doing weight lifting 6 days a week. Insanity was a 6 day a week workout regiment. On off days i usually went running and did a spin class to burn some calories. Insanity i lost about 3% body fat and my cardio is through the rough right now, it dropped my 2 mile run to 13:50 and i feel awesome.
Now with p90x there will be a way more tough schedule. P90X which is a 7 day workout program, 5 days a week weight training. 1 Yoga class and 2 Spin classes at the gym. Also will be running every other day at least 3 miles. On off days (7th day in P90X is a stretch workout) i will run 5-7 miles. After a month the miles will increase by 2. Wish me Luck!! This is a 90 day work out obviously and will take me to when i head back home to Ft. Eustis!
Still going to continue to eat healthy (fruits, vegetables, whole grains, protein, etc) and instead of whey protein 3 times a day (2 of them were after workouts and 1 was usually with lunch) I am going to take creatine after workouts and whey in the middle of the day.
