Yea I said it! Now when you wake up today, how about drinking 16 oz of water. Studies showed that drinking that amount or more to start your day increases your metabolism for a few hours, that will probably help with your over-loaded breakfast you will eat :P
Drinking water is also like a bath for your muscles, you need it for your muscles to help recover after a workout.
Water is a natural fat burner. It helps your body transfer nutrients to other parts of the body, helps you take in less calories when eating, and helps digest the food you eat. So stop with your soda and crazy energy drinks. Full of sugar and nasty shit your body doesn't really need. Drink more water! =]
