"Grew up in Newport News born and raised. I started writing around 7th grade just messin around and I noticed i was getting kind of good so I continued to write. I always kept it low key tho, I felt as is no one would take me seriously so I waited to make it public around 11th grade and recorded a few songs here n there n released them periodically. My inspiration for all of this is the fans, just the fact that people actually wanna listen to what I have to say is enough for me. As far as an artist, my main inspirations to start writing were Bone Thugz n Harmony, UGK and of course eminem but i was also heavily influenced by the legend John Wayne, but its weird cause I listen to alot of jazz music. On this "Mind Over Matter" tape I believe my best all around song that many can relate to is Away We Go. I want people to see another side of hip hop that many people dont see and that its you dont have to be from the block or sell drugs to make good hip hop music. I like to incorporate many different styles and want people who can relate to what I have to say. I just recently got an album offer through Metro Records so my biggest goal this year is having a successful album and putting on plenty of great shows for my fans. People will always hate whether you're the worst or the best. The way I see it is nowadays you have to be strong enough to take the hate when it comes, but be modest enough to accept the love you get when it comes. Im just a kid from the suburbs whos just tryna make a name for himself in this world.
