When picking/buying your running shoes, you need to make sure they are the right fit for you
1. Don't buy based on brand name (such as Nike, Granted they are great running shoes, they might not be the best for your feet).
2. When trying on, they shouldn't feel like you have to "break" them in.
3. Sometimes you have to spend the money to get the results, just because their on sale for $20 doesn't mean their the best deal for your feet.
4. Ask a shoe rep which type of feet you have, and what brands offer that type of support
For example, for me, I've always loved Nike running shoes, but they make a more narrow fit and I have wider feet so in the long run, no bueno. I wear ASICS, CLICK TO CHECK they offer great support and when I'm running or working out, they make me want to push myself.
