how did i let myself get to that?!
i thought i was in shape and all diesel.
that was after the summer time, working out and working landscape all summer. I still wasn't eating the best and not taking supplements.
i was getting there....
a few days ago after waking up, i have never had any back muscles what so ever.
from about a week ago, still some fat I'm working on, but hey, its 13% from 37%
after i ate some breakfast :P ..abs want to show, just take some more work!
