I am no expert in fitness, diet, or nutrition. I am in the working of getting my personal trainer certification, also I am going back to school very soon and plan on working in sports medicine or something similar to that into my studies. Also I want to become a nutritionist as well. This is all in the works though because my ultimate goal is to open my own Gym up later on in life. I have some great ideas, not going to mention them, but I just really enjoy getting fit, and being in the best shape possible. I also enjoy helping people reach fitness and weight loss goals as well because I know how it is to be big, I used to be over 30% body fat and close to a walking heart attack. I have changed my life for the better, doing so much research on diet plans and healthy foods, weight lifting routines, all kinds of stuff. Anyways...just read my blog and learn some stuff...change your life for the better also!
