We need to be more self aware of what we are stuffing in out mouth. Mom was always right, breakfast is the most important meal of the day because it gives you your starting energy, sets the tone for the day, and you will burn it off throughout the day. Your ideal breakfast is about 500 calories, counting calories always sucks, but it's really not that hard to look at the back of the box...if your wanting to lose weight or get toned, this is all apart of the fun!
Good Breakfasts
Eggs
Yogurt
Whole Wheat Breads
Cheerios or Oat cereals
Soy Milk or Fat Free Milk
Turkey Sausage
Oatmeal
Fruits
Protein Shake
You can't go wrong with any of those above!
