Today I had a one on one with a personal trainer, I told him I wanted to see where I was at Cardio and Strength so he gave me his tough workout. I definitely was drenched after wards. But he told me i was in excellent shape, which was nice. After wards he gave me the workout on paper so if I wanted to do it again I could. He also said he lives by the motto, "Don't build it, if you can't climb it" which is pretty awesome. Very motivational and true. Don't build a house if you can't even climb it, you need to be strong in all aspects.
