I am going to post my workout/training schedule for this week, I will be following this for the next 4 weeks. After that I will be changing it up and then I will show what the next 4 weeks will be and so on. I will include everything: sleep, training, supplements, food, hydration, all the good stuff so you have a good example to either follow, change up some for your personal like, or just another workout so you have some variety.
