Good Chicken Recipes

Here are some good chicken recipes and good ways to help eat chicken (lean meat) to gain muscle and burn fat! I am still in the process of trying them all, but so far they are delicious and a great way to get your lean chicken meat (protein) and add in some healthy carbs and vegetables :)


Real World Chicken Recipes 

plus these are tastier and easy to follow for people not looking to spend all day preparing food. Buying the chicken flavor packets at your local grocery store are also good because their cheap also and easy to make: garlic and basil, Hawaiian luoa, and mexican verde are 3 very good ones I always love. Always make sure to eat green vegetables with your lunch and dinner, and whole grains for carbs!

  1. I Made A Really Healthy 4oz Chicken Breast Cake(Like a crab cake but chicken breast meat) the other day. People need to realize that if they have good tasty healthy ingredients that they can have fun and invent their own foods. It brings more color to a diet and like i said it makes preparation kinda fun. I'm on a 15k-2k Calorie diet right now but consuming around 150-175g protien a day.

  2. thats good, you should try the carb cycling. its kind of tedious because you have to keep track but trust me its working and im on week 2. but yes healthy food can be fun, for lunch i had raw spinach with some raisins, grapes, grilled chicken, cottage cheese, dry cranberries, cut apples, sounds kind of nasty but was very good and nutritious. i love playing with different healthy stuff and putting them together especially soups!
